This day was spectacular. It wasn’t that some major unbelievable miracle occurred, it was that there were so many tiny miracles in every moment. It wasn’t manic or particularly rowdy. It was calmly blissful. And it didn’t come from nowhere. We know that it was a direct reflection of our decision to get up, immediately begin gathering positive momentum, and allow the flow to flow through us. We were particularly focused on doing that because we had a contrasting day the day before. “Let’s make tomorrow awesome,” we said. And we did. Now to make a lifestyle of that practice instead of waiting for a bad day to make us want it so bad. We are increasing our tolerance for feeling good.
