Now that we’ve been at this for many months, Jessica and I are really starting to see the effects of practicing deliberate thought. It starts with the single decision to care about how you feel, but changing thought patterns you’ve had for years doesn’t happen overnight. It takes practice, but if you stick with it, you will truly notice entire belief systems that you once held, beliefs that did not serve you, completely evaporate over time!
We’ve been noticing the beauty of practice in everything we’ve been doing lately— AJs, PUMP, running, our podcast, drawing, creating personal power symbols. And, of course, its the process of practicing that is satisfying. You came to hike the mountain, not to get to the top. You’ll get to the top, but don’t forget to enjoy the scenery along the way!
