I love it when we wake up at 6pm and Jessica asks me if I want to stay up until 6pm the next day and then sleep ’till 6am the next day. Reset day is the best! We get really cracked out and sleep deprived and start trippin’. We could just ride the wave of our sleep schedule until it ends up on diurnal again, but waking up after the sun goes down just makes us sick.
