Not surprisingly, we cannot wait to get back to our smoothie for breakfast, smoothie for lunch, and salad for dinner menu. We can tell our bodies have been craving the real food, but we have been telling them to STFU and shoving more wheat and sugar down our traps.
You know what cooked food does? It sits. It sits in your guts for days while your digestive system is like WTF am I supposed to do with all this glue? While we’ve been enjoying taking the drug, we realize its not sustainable. Not unless we want to go back to caffeine.
