i’ve talked to drew a little bit about it- the main hurdle being the distance between TX and WI.
rental may be a viable option, esp. if they don’t find any other buyers before dawn goes back to CR. i was even thinking about suggesting some kind of rent-to-own situation. just don’t know how to bring it up, want to make sure everything is by-the-book, you know?
