The Popular Podcast #155: Revisiting the TPP Fitness Challenge

On August 24, we decided to undertake a three week fitness challenge. In this episode we tell you about the challenges and limitations of living a healthy lifestyle. Basically, it’s pretty fucking boring. Most activities outside of the house involve alcohol and food. What else can we do (that is NOT exercise!)? How can we build in more drinking? Red wine? Vodka for breakfast?



Fitness Challenge or Accountability?

Jessica thinks Kelly’s being crabby at her, but as we try to figure out what to talk about, we get more to the root of things. We ponder the usefulness of editing these prerolls and come to the conclusion that we never get to do anything fun because we have to stay under 1500 calories a day.

Why don’t we ever get to do anything fun?
